Steamed Mussels

Ingredients (for 4 people):

  • 24 fresh mussels
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 bay leaves

Preparation:

  • We wash and clean the mussels. Place them in a saucepan with the bay leaves.
  • Cover the saucepan and cook over medium heat for a few minutes, just enough for the valves to open.
  • Serve and we can season with a squeeze of lemon.
