Opening speakers
Throughout its three decades of history, the Mussel and Cockle Festival of Vilanova de Arousa has had prominent personalities who have delivered the event’s opening speech.
All of them were entrusted with exalting the excellent gastronomic qualities of the most representative products of the town, in addition to showing their commitment to the promotion and dissemination of them in their respective areas.
