Below, we show you the most popular recipes, which, in addition to being easy to prepare -except in the case of “empanadas” (pies), which require more time- are very healthy.


Of course, you can taste all these proposals in the food tent of the Mussel and Cockle Festival of Vilanova de Arousa.
